If you are considering enrolling your child at Sunrise, we recommend that he or she start school as early as possible. This way, they may take advantage of the pivotal sensitive periods of learning which occur between birth and 6 years of age. All of the Montessori materials found in every classroom are designed to build essential skills and concepts such as cognitive, social, creative, emotional and physical development, all of which are necessary to help the child become successful lifelong learners. An end of term report or progress assessment of your child will follow each student through his or her years at Sunrise Montessori. These will be reviewed with the parents through the parent / teacher interviews.
